On example of real person with it\u2019s permission and initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Candidate was identified as perfect match with context in experience in all needed skills in the position.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But learning and onboarding assistants, after deeper analysis, advised:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Course: AI-Powered Software and System Design: https:\/\/lnkd.in\/dE2QDuqc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the position requires Proven ability to design and improve AML processes through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In onboarding: among attending meetings and learning to raise AI skills, it advised to identify external resources for leadership development &#8211; as coaching or mentoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took just 5 minutes to have clear vision on next \u2013 targeted learning and onboarding activities, and here we go \u2013 higher self-confidence, clear steps and motivated employee for the company.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And of course, the main benefit &#8211; growth for the employee with clear direction and understanding &#8211; why should I learn that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project co-funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>II would like to be a team lead!
